Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes an acknowledgment of your full and binding commitment to all provisions contained herein, without reservation or condition. You also acknowledge that you have read and fully understood the terms, that you possess the necessary legal and regulatory capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Definitions

  • The Application (App): The Rivix application, available through electronic stores (App Store / Google Play) or via the website.
  • Brand Owner (Client/Advertiser): Any natural or legal person who wishes to advertise their products or services through influencers via the Application.
  • Influencer: Any natural person who executes the advertisement through their channels on social media platforms via the Application.
  • Services: Brokerage services between the Client and the Influencer, management of marketing campaigns, issuance of performance reports, and associated support services.

Contractual Relationship

  • Rivix's role is limited to providing a technical platform that connects the Client and the Influencer, and the Application is not a direct party to the agreement between them.
  • The Client is obligated to pay the financial consideration according to the terms announced within the Application.
  • The Application provides tools for conversation, reports, and campaign management, enabling both parties to cooperate effectively.
  • All conversations within the Application may be saved for review and dispute resolution purposes, and Rivix may share them with either party when necessary.

Influencer Obligations

  • Adherence to all media regulations and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Clear disclosure when the content is a paid advertisement.
  • Refraining from publishing any content that violates religious values or public morals.
  • Execution of the advertising campaign according to the specified requirements.
  • Maintaining the reputation of Rivix and the Client.
  • Commitment not to communicate directly with the Client outside the Application.
  • Providing the Client and Rivix with accurate and timely reports.

Advertiser (Client) Obligations

  • Adherence to the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Providing correct and complete information about the advertising campaign.
  • Commitment not to request content that violates values or regulations.
  • Disclosure of any restrictions or special requirements for the campaign.
  • Payment of all due fees to the Application.
  • Refraining from direct communication with the Influencer outside the Application.
  • Using Rivix reports only for authorized commercial purposes.

Data Usage and Performance

The Client and the Influencer acknowledge that the Application may link the Influencer's account with external platforms after their consent, in order to retrieve performance data related to the campaigns.

Disclaimer

The Application does not guarantee the quality or results of the Influencer's content, as the responsibility lies with the Influencer themselves.

Refunds

Paid amounts may be refunded only in the following cases: the Influencer fails to publish the advertisement, fails to deliver the content, or fails to provide the statistics.

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and designs owned by Rivix are protected and may not be used without prior written permission.

Complaints and Suggestions

Complaints or suggestions can be submitted via email: Complaint@rivix.app or through customer service within the Application.

Disputes

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply to these terms. Disputes shall be resolved amicably within 30 days, and if this is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in the city of Riyadh.

Force Majeure

Rivix shall not be liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control.

General Provisions

  • It is prohibited to publish or share conversations or agreements outside the Application.
  • It is prohibited to use the Application for advertisements that violate regulations or values.
  • Rivix has the right to suspend the account upon any violation.
